The Role:
This role would be hired on behalf of the refinery Owner at site in Thanh Hoa, Northern part of Vietnam. The refinery has been in Commercial Operation since December 2018.
Contract duration: 2 years
Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)

Purpose - The Sr Mechanical engineer will evaluate the reliability of mechanical equipment, stationary equipment and piping mainly, will advise how to do maintenance planning and prepare the job plan, spare part for mechanical task.
Candidates with extensive maintenance experience in a refinery or petrochemical plant on behalf of the Owner are encouraged to apply
-Responsible to provide support services to Maintenance Division and to advice the less experienced engineer in the divisions.
-Assist to develop proactive RCM and FMECA analysis for critical equipment based on operating
-Provide support technical guidance for reliability & maintenance data by accessing data history for accuracy and compliance with reliability best practices.
-Asset integrity assessment
-Spare part selection and optimization
-Assist to establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring.
-Assist to establish, in conjunction with Inspectors and maintenance engineers, maintenance programs for critical equipment
The Company:
Consortium Company refinery owner, the refinery has capacity to process 200,000 barrels of crude oil
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educational Level: University (Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent)
Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience (Rotating and Static equipment) in downstream sector (preferably refinery or petrochemical plants) and engaged in actual field operation which includes not only routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance, commissioning of units and plants
