The Role:
We are urgently recruiting multiple positions for immediate starts for a fast paced manufacturing company based in Hartlepool. Roles are ongoing and will involve both day and night shifts (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm and 10pm to 6am).
Due to the urgency of the roles we require potential candidates to be immediately available.
Candidate profile:
* Experience of Industrial Operations
* Solution process orientated
* Knowledge of improvement tools ie SPS, 5S and associated techniques
* Experience of Health & Safety and Quality procedures
* Ability to drive behavioural and cultural change
* Leadership ability, drive & presence
* Self-Motivated but ability operate as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic Excel would be advantageous
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong work ethic
* Available ASAP
* Open to temporary work
* Experience in Manufacturing.
